10″ to 13″ PIVI Screen
Upgrade Kit

for Land Rover
Defender L663

This kit will allow you to change the 10″
screen for the 13.1″ screen in the Land Rover Defender L663.

The Defender was only fitted with either a
10″ or 11.4″ screen.

The large 13.1″ screens are fitted to the
new Range Rover L460 and Range Rover Sport L461.

We have designed this kit to enable you to
replace the 10″ screen with a 13.1″ screen (note this kit is not
suitable if you have the factory fitted 11.4″ screen).

We have designed these parts specifically
for this retro fit, including custom made fitting plates, mounts, wiring
loom and covers.

There is no cutting or drilling needed to
fit this kit and it is 100% reversible.

Some 13″ screen mounting kits have the
screen higher and this blocks the air vents above the screen.

This kit does not include the new 13″ screen
– you will need to source your own 13.1″ screen.

Note: Odd but true… if you get a used
screen that has been programmed to a car it works no problem – but a
brand new never fitted screen needs to be activated – currently we have
not worked out how to do this! All the used screens we have tried work
no problem – you can even see the chassis number of the original car
that they were fitted to. UPDATE – we now have the ability to code new
screens in house so can supply NEW screens that are pre-activated.

Additionally you will
need to change your CCF files on your car so the car knows it is
configured with a larger screen.

Changing your CFF can
result in issues as these cars are complex – we recommend professional
assistance when changing CCF files.
